What this is
bestfootballteaminthe.world is an entertainment website. It publishes two leaderboards ranked purely by how much money has been contributed to each team. It is not a poll, a vote, a survey, or a measurement of sporting merit, and nothing on it should be read as a factual claim about any team.
Not affiliated with anyone
This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any club, national association, league, FIFA, UEFA, or any other governing body. Team names are used descriptively to identify the subject of each entry. No club crests, badges or other trademarks are reproduced – every team is drawn as its own colours and a monogram.
If you represent a rights holder and want an entry removed or renamed, write to hello@bestfootballteaminthe.world and it will be dealt with.
Contributions
- A contribution adds points to a team. It buys nothing else.
- It is not an investment, a donation to the team, a wager, or a stake in anything. No money reaches any football club or association.
- Contributions are final and non-refundable. See our refund policy.
- Rankings can change at any moment, because that is the entire point.
Messages
Messages attached to a contribution are published. Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or that identifies a private individual. Messages breaching this are removed without a refund; the points they bought remain with the team.
Payment
Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record for every transaction and their name appears on your statement. Their terms govern the payment itself. This site never receives or stores card details.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. It may be unavailable, reset, or discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you contributed in the previous thirty days.
